Early Years Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists at EACH. As an Early Years Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering supports to families, empowering them to achieve their goals and build skills and confidence to support their children.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-informed best practice supports to families, using assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options.
- Empower families, caregivers, and professionals to build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives.
- Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.
- Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals in the NDIA business system.
- Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.
- A qualification in Early Childhood.
- Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues.
- A proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles.
