My Health Record Registration Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a My Health Record Registration Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, leveraging your analytical skills and experience in data analysis.

  • Assist the Project Manager with initial data analysis to identify RACF and MPS provider scope/lists from data sources, informing inputs into the Registration Planning process.
  • Support and assist queries on the MHR Registration process from Aged Care Service Providers.
  • Perform data analysis using tools like MS Excel.
  • Provide ad hoc education on the value proposition of MHR to Aged Care providers.
  • Update Aged Care provider data in customer relationship management tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to effectively communicate complex information. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
