Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect with hands-on experience in designing and developing digital solutions.

Responsibilities include creating comprehensive solution designs within Microsoft Dynamics 365, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to define reusable API services, integrating Dynamics 365 with other platforms using Azure Stack, and presenting solution options to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and development
  • Proficiency in integration patterns, SOAP/RESTful APIs, API management, and SOA frameworks
  • Expertise in service design, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
  • Experience with Dynamics modules: Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing
  • Skills in Azure Stack integration and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Ability to create reports and custom workflows in Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of plugin creation and third-party integration solutions
