">We are looking for a Hotel Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team.
">About the Job
">This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to our guests. As a Hotel Team Member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences across our restaurants, bars, room service and banquets.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Prepare and serve food and drinks to our guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
