**Your day to day**

**What we need from you**
- The right to work in Australia
- A valid NSW RSA competency card
- Experience in food and beverage - café, restaurant, banqueting
- Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential
- we'll teach you our systems during on-boarding
- Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service
- Positive energy, drive for results and eye for detail
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
