IT Infrastructure and Operations Leader

The role of IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager is crucial in supporting the company's technology infrastructure and operations.

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, efficient, and effective IT services.

  • Manages external service providers and ensures adherence to IT service management principles and processes
  • Led key areas including Network, Cloud, Telecommunications, Desktop Services, Voice, Mobility, Storage, and Servers, Disaster Recovery, and alignment to security design
  • Manages escalations 24/7 and leads major incident management, including establishing war rooms, communication, and escalations
  • Accountable for managing supplier performance and governance, including operational meetings and contract adherence
  • Led and developed a team of IT Infrastructure/Operations Analysts to provide high-quality support to the business

This role requires at least 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Operations, with extensive experience in operating, managing, and supporting IT infrastructure in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as experience with outsourced IT Services, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
