Customer Service Representatives are required for our Christmas Casual team to work in a fast-paced and thriving retail environment. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive workplace where you can grow and develop your skills in customer service, sales assistance, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, processing stock, and assisting with merchandising and visual displays.

This role requires the ability to use initiative, flexibility, and strong communication skills to work across different areas of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
