At Goldmark, we aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences during special occasions. We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our festive sales team as fixed-term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
  • Sell with results orientation and enthusiasm

  • Offer good attention to detail and assist with merchandising stock and refreshing displays

We operate across various store rosters, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays. As a member of our team, you will:

  • Provide professional and personalised service to find ideal jewellery or watches for customers
  • Complete tailored training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Perform operational tasks like stock replenishment, ticketing, merchandising, and general housekeeping
