As a Director of Strategic Sourcing and Advisory Services, you will serve as the primary authority on procurement strategies, leading a proactive team dedicated to delivering exceptional guidance and support for acquiring cutting-edge ICT solutions, products, and services. Your goal is to ensure optimal value for public funds while fostering social, sustainable, and digital advancements.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Exhibit strong leadership and provide expert counsel on intricate procurement initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Offer high-quality, responsive support for ICT procurement efforts, collaborating closely with the Program Manager of the Cloud Campus.
  • Utilize procurement methodologies, legal expertise, and project management capabilities to adeptly manage various projects and evolving requirements.
  • Generate and validate superior documentation throughout the procurement process, from initial briefings to progress reports.
  • Collaborate with government departments to develop professional procurement documents that elicit optimal market responses.
  • Champion government procurement reform initiatives and contribute to overarching strategic goals, including value optimization and social accountability.
