The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join our dynamic retail store in Mandurah as a Retail Sales Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and support to our customers, while maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Provide face-to-face and telephone customer service, assist customers in finding innovative design solutions, and prepare project quotations.
- Store Operations: Maintain store stock levels, perform general housekeeping tasks, and adhere to our critical safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry is preferred, but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Possess highly organized skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Training and Development: Willingness to participate in Stratco's Delivering Excellence Program, which supports employee personal and professional development, and provides national retail career pathways and recognized qualifications.
