Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of store presentation, and processing stock deliveries and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store, providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Point of Sale Interaction: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Inventory Control: Process stock deliveries and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and ready for customers.
