Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Legal team in Sydney. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a significant role in policy and business counseling and compliance with relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expertise and legal advice on issues arising in ANZ including oversight of ACL compliance and risk management initiatives.
2. Proactively monitor and provide advice and guidance on laws and regulations application to Dell ANZ Business. Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Provide timely, accurate legal advice on a wide range of legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
4. Collaborate with Legal colleagues Internationally to manage and respond to requests for legal support and participate in regional and international legal initiatives.
5. Deliver effective advice and training to internal teams.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
2. Admission as a solicitor in Australia and holding a current practicing certificate.
3. 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
4. Experience in technology, consumer law, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
5. Strong knowledge of Australian Consumer Law.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
9. High ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making.
