The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice to Senior Executives on investigations and response strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate timely and clear legal advice to Senior Executives on investigations and response strategy.
  • Identify and report on emerging and significant legal issues that may impact the business or on matters presenting reputational risk.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree qualification and relevant post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and hold a current unrestricted practising certificate as a lawyer.
  • Strong analytical ability lateral thinking and problem-solving skills including strong negotiation advocacy and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience in managing litigation responses to inquiries and investigations.
