Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and adoption of our cybersecurity solutions.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver strategic technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions. You will be responsible for understanding key customer business requirements, positioning, demonstrating, and creating high-level designs across our portfolio solutions to create business value for customers.

You will drive customer adoption of our Platform by helping achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate. This will involve conducting discovery to understand and articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.

Collaboration with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams will be essential to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong communication skills, influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conduct technical engagements and workshops that simplify complex ideas for various audiences.

This role requires leadership, drive collaboration, and orchestrate supporting resources to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy. Moreover, you will promote end-to-end solutions including our Platform and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner.

Ultimately, your goal will be to understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our leadership in cybersecurity. To achieve this, you will continuously invest in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive contributions to customer success while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and industry events.

Requirements
  • 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
  • Skilled in at least one of Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders is ideal.
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements is required.
