Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead our Pre-Sales Support team. This key role demands an individual who can devise innovative solutions, craft compelling narratives, and deliver impactful presentations of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with diverse customer segments to identify their unique challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, architect tailored solutions, and orchestrate product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
  • Address complex technical objections and ensure seamless alignment with customer needs.
Solution Development & Documentation
  • Participate in requirements gathering and scoping of intricate engagements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including solution proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and responses to Requests for Proposal/Information (RFP/RFI).
  • Evaluate opportunities from a technical feasibility perspective and proactively mitigate potential risks.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Forge close relationships with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
  • Align technical strategies with sales initiatives to accelerate deal closures.
  • Continuously enhance pre-sales tools, processes, and enablement assets.
Customer Advocacy & Product Evangelism
  • Effectively articulate the value and capabilities of the platform to both technical and business audiences.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, events, and forums as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Remain up-to-date with product advancements and industry trends to provide relevant, timely guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering technical demonstrations and POCs.
  • Ability to work with diverse customers, understand their pain points, and craft effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with the platform is a significant advantage.
