The MSP Program RoleYou will serve as the primary point of contact for our MSP program in the ANZ region, driving the enablement and development of our platform and solutions in alignment with our partners' business goals.
- You will establish relationships with MSP partners to drive increased revenue growth for our organization.
- You will provide expert account management support, addressing day-to-day inquiries and performance concerns.
- You will facilitate seamless communication between our team and the partner's team, ensuring cohesion and efficient business practice.
- You will deliver exceptional partner account management, meeting sales and service excellence standards.
- You will cultivate mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners.
- Proven experience in launching and building MSP partnerships within the Microsoft/Cloud Software ecosystem.
- A successful track record of exceeding business development and booking targets.
- End-to-end partner enablement planning expertise.
- Collaborative experience with internal direct sales & services teams in deal closure.
- Ability to develop quantifiable business cases establishing strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strong execution skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional listening and empathy skills, with a deep understanding of partner needs and perspectives.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, managing competing demands effectively.
