Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing excellent service with a smile.

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, surrounded by the latest streetwear and sneaker trends. Your passion for fashion and dedication to providing outstanding customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and teamwork. You will work closely with our store management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Process large volumes of stock and assist with visual merchandising displays
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including housekeeping and visual display maintenance
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
