**Focus of the Role**

Our Sales People are the face of Beaumont Tiles, providing friendly, expert service and advice to our Retail, Trade & Commercial Customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be working in a hands-on role achieving customer satisfaction and reaching sales targets for the store.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**
- ** Generate Sales**
- Actively sell the entire range of products and services at targeted margins
- Follow up quotes & enquiries in a timely manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products where opportunities are identified
- ** Customer Service Excellence**
- Ensure EVERY customer has the most outstanding customer experience EVERY time
- Actively engage with customers as they enter the store.
- Efficient follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved.
- ** Product Knowledge**
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the entire product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone and trade product range).
- To keep abreast of product and market trends on a day-to-day basis to support being an expert adviser to your customer.
- ** Administration Duties**
- Process sales transactions and keep customer notes and details.
- Keep accurate records for clients and customers.
- Point of sale transactions.

- Mon-Fri 8am - 5:30pm
