We are seeking an exceptional Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team at Monadelphous. As a key member of our Group IT team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business systems and applications. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving technological advancements that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions that drive real value and enhance performance.
- Provide Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and strategic direction to team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Resolve Challenges: Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues swiftly, collaborating with cross-functional experts to ensure seamless operations and minimise downtime.
