Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
This role is an opportunity to join our close-knit team at the Australian Marine Complex (AMC).
The AMC CUF is a multi-industry, multi-user industrial facility serviced by a deep-water port, a floating dock, and transfer system, specialised load out wharves, extensive laydown and assembly areas, and several large fabrication halls.
Key Duties:- Implement assurance and compliance processes, including audit planning and execution of improvements.
- Lead the development of sustainable document management systems for projects.
- Support safety, health, environment, and quality staff to identify contractual deliverables and implement adequate assurance programs to monitor compliance.
- Lead internal auditing and inspection activities to ensure compliance across projects.
- Monitor and develop strategies to improve project performance in terms of SHEQ.
- Provide expert advice and practical solutions to teams to ensure Assurance & Quality compliance.
- Diploma or degree in occupational health and safety, science, engineering, or related field.
- Lead Auditor qualification and relevant experience.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality auditing roles (internal and external).
- At least 5 years of experience in similar industry, services, or construction organisation.
- Successful delivery of internal audit programs.
- Experience in structuring quality systems and writing efficient and effective quality documentation.

About This RoleThis is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
