Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:- Provides essential support to the Rates Coordinator by facilitating seamless rate management and enhancing customer service delivery.
- Supports the broader finance team, including performing duties during periods of leave or absence, thereby ensuring continuity of operations.
- Engages with other departments to streamline rate management, enhance customer service delivery, and contribute to policy development related to rates and debt recovery.
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, including rates and accounts receivable, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.
- Reconciliation processes and preparing financial reports, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with audit and statutory requirements, with a focus on risk management and fraud prevention.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
