Workcover Lawyer Position

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to fill this Workcover lawyer role.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting growth opportunity in the Workcover team, where you will work closely with senior lawyers and partners to advise and represent clients in Workcover cases.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing for trial.

  • Advise and represent clients in Workcover cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for trial.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, and develop effective case strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in court and during alternative dispute resolution processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders effectively.

Additionally, the successful applicant will possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

About You:
  • Admitted lawyer with a passion for building their career in Workcover and Personal Injury Law.
  • Prior experience in Workcover Law is advantageous.
