About the Role

Join our dynamic team at AC3 Australia as a Senior Windows Infrastructure Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in systems management to enhance our service delivery and support for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of Wintel Systems and Applications for AC3 and its clientele.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of technical solutions that meet the requirements of AC3 and its customers.
  • Implement and uphold the Windows-based operating systems, hypervisors, and application support processes, ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on managed Wintel Systems and Applications.
  • Focus on customer engagement and effectively manage service tickets related to incidents, requests, problems, and change management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert in infrastructure and server management.
  • Prior experience with a Managed Services Provider or IT Systems Integrator is highly valued.
  • Proficient in deploying, upgrading, and supporting Microsoft Server, M365 suite, Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Dynamics, hypervisors, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and EUC/Digital Workplace applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL change management practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across various technical levels.
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
