Facilities Support Specialist

At Sodexo, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Support Specialist to join our Australian Command Centre in Balcatta. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to extend on a rotating roster.
The successful candidate will work alternating weeks of 5 x 8-hour shifts and 4 x 10-hour shifts between the hours of 5:00AM to 9:00PM, including every other weekend. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
We're looking for a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of incoming requests and working autonomously to resolve issues. You'll be responsible for answering calls, processing online service requests, liaising with staff and vendors, escalating critical requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming calls within Service Level Agreements
- Triaging and processing online service requests, generating work orders, and scheduling works
- Liaising with Sodexo staff and third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Escalating critical and priority requests to ensure prompt attention
- Providing general administrative support as required
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience using Customer Request Management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and capture detail.
