Facilities Management Support Specialist

Sodexo, a global leader in quality of life services, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Australian Command Centre team.
Key Responsibilities- Answer high volumes of incoming calls and respond to service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Process online service requests, generate work orders, and collaborate with Sodexo staff and third-party vendors to schedule works.
- Elevate critical and priority requests, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using Customer Request Management (CRM) systems and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and maintain accuracy in reporting.
