TIA GLOBAL is working with a long-established classic bistro located in Cooks Hill, NSW, seeking a highly motivated and experienced restaurant manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and staff performance management strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including payroll and operating expenses, to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have experience in a similar high-volume casual dining venue, preferably upmarket pubs, hotels, or restaurants.
  • Be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, and possess a Certificate IV (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Possession of unrestricted work rights is preferred.
  • Above all, have a passion for great food and great customer service.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the hospitality industry.
