We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Educational Leader at Uniting Wahroonga Prep OSHC. In this pivotal position, you will provide guidance and support in delivering high-quality educational experiences for children in prep and after school care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing educational programs that adhere to established learning frameworks
  • Fostering positive connections with children, families, and the wider community
  • Establishing engaging, play-based learning environments
  • Tracking and documenting the developmental progress of children

Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Children Services (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) environments
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Commitment to the values upheld by Uniting
