About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Uniting Wahroonga Prep OSHC. As a specialist in Prep - Outside of School Hours Care, you will play a key role in building a strong community culture in the centre and school, liaising with parents and developing staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide quality education and care to children to support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework
* Develop positive relationships that support children, their families and community
* Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilities

**Requirements:**

* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
* Previous on-the-job experience (desirable but not required)
* Passion for working with children of all ages
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
