We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispensary Technician to join our team on a casual basis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong pharmacy product knowledge, excellent computer skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the pharmacist in the dispensary;
- Stock ordering and unpacking of dispensary lines;
- Provide appropriate information and advice to customers on over-the-counter medicines;
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the dispensary;
- Provide exceptional customer service in the dispensary and front-of-shop areas as needed;
- Perform Webster packing tasks as required.
- Previous pharmacy experience is preferred;
- Strong pharmacy product knowledge, including S2/S3 medications, is an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills and adaptability;
- Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor;
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently;
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and/or Dispensary Technician qualifications are desirable;
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Pharmacy program is considered advantageous.
