We are seeking a Logistics Expert to lead our supply chain operations, including strategic resourcing, procurement, inventory planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with our team to reduce supply bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The key focus of this role includes:

  • Undertake sourcing exercises to identify, review, and select appropriate vendors for tenders and continual improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and external providers.
  • Manage the Supply Chain team, driving improvement within processes.
  • Work directly with freight partners to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for goods transportation from our premises to end customers.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in managing a complex logistics and supply chain environment.
  • Exposure to the planning and movement of various sea and air freight.
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills and the ability to think laterally to solve complex problems.
  • An innovative mindset and ability to think laterally to quickly problem solve, together with flexibility and a willingness to adapt to and embrace change.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity; prioritizing changing deadlines while focused on the business and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to be a team player.
  • Diploma or Bachelor level qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, or Management will be highly valued.
