About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Insights Analyst to join our vibrant and fast-paced team at HCF Group. As a key member of our Analytics, Performance & Insights team, you will play a critical role in identifying areas of opportunity and providing data-driven insights to support our business and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a wide range of initiatives and business problems, from growth to retention, marketing, and web analytics.
  • Provide actionable, scientifically-backed insights and recommendations to support tactical and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Insights analytics role, with a degree in a related field (e.g., applied finance, statistics, actuarial).
  • Proven track record of turning raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Experience working with complex data warehouse environments, including Snowflake, AWS, and DB2.
  • Desirable: R and/or Python capabilities, experience with MarTech platforms, and knowledge of the Health/Insurance industry.
