About the Role

You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create outstanding customer experiences. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuously improve and optimise profitability, drive growth and maintain high standards.

You will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability in order to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards, whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
