Operations and Maintenance Manager

This role involves overseeing the maintenance planning and scheduling processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and be able to establish cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage the overall maintenance planning activities.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Coordination: Oversee technical service personnel and on-site contractors.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure WHS & E policies and procedures are met by all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Education: Trade or Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience Level: Mid to senior-level.
