Job Overview

The role of Senior Packaging Engineer is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading embellishment initiatives and managing co-pack operations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging solutions aligned with marketing, packaging operations, and environmental goals.
  • Champion cost, quality, and speed-to-market optimizations in embellishment.
  • Ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement sustainable packaging strategies that minimize environmental impact.
  • Manage inventory movement between Reckitt warehouses and embellishment sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packaging, preferably in FMCG or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
