Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a specialist responsible for all packaging activities, leading the design of new products and ensuring efficient market launch. This role provides expertise and management of packaging activities, working closely with internal stakeholders on development, quality, and supplier engagement.

  • Lead the packaging design of new products.
  • Manage packaging-related decarbonisation projects.

About this role :

This role is focused on delivering exceptional results through expert knowledge of packaging and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Act as the expert on packaging projects, driving sustainability and decarbonisation efforts.
  • Lead projects and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support seasonal marketing with packaging development and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage all Australian Recycle logos, including inquiries, creation, and input for product development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure brand guideline compliance.

  • Experience in FMCG and packaging.
  • Proven project leadership skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable.
