About the Role:
">As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents. You will contribute to the preparation of quality meal services, deliver meal services, and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the interior.
">Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, folding and distributing linen and resident clothing, monitoring and ordering supplies of cleaning chemicals and equipment as required, and communicating effectively with co-workers, residents and other stakeholders.
">You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
