Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities, adapting your teaching style to meet their individual needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding of lesson plans and progress.
  • Exercise strong time management and organisational skills to ensure timely delivery of lessons and efficient use of resources.
Required Qualifications:
  • A current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to providing a safe learning environment.
  • A National Police Check, ensuring you have a clean record and can be trusted with vulnerable individuals.
  • A Current Swim Teaching Certificate, showcasing your expertise in teaching swimming techniques and safety protocols.
