About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trades Assistant to join our maintenance team at our World-class Hatchery facility in Allora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a diverse range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance repairs to production plant and equipment
  • Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our facility
  • Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to achieve our goals
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with:

  • Basic metal work experience
  • Plant maintenance or good mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and flexible approach
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A current forklift license (preferred)
