About the Role

We are seeking a Junior AI Model Engineer to join our innovative team.

This role involves collaborating closely with senior model engineers and our Engineering Manager to experiment with, fine-tune, and analyze language models.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solving complex technical challenges at the heart of our product.

  • Assist in model experiments: support the design and execution of experiments for model fine-tuning and adaptation techniques.
  • Data preparation & analysis: help prepare and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation, and assist in analyzing experiment results.
  • Implement model components: write code for specific parts of the training and inference pipeline under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Contribute to research: stay up-to-date with the latest research papers and help the team explore novel techniques for improving model performance.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in Python and a deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, probability, and statistics.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • A powerful sense of curiosity, a passion for solving complex technical puzzles, and an eagerness to learn from a world-class team.
