Artificial Intelligence Model DeveloperThis is a role that involves designing and developing cutting-edge AI models. The primary objective of this position is to advance the capabilities of our foundational models by leveraging fine-tuning techniques.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of model behavior, identifying failure modes, and proposing data- or algorithm-based solutions. This includes owning Model Fine-Tuning Cycles: Independently running end-to-end fine-tuning experiments, from data curation and setup to analysis and reporting.In addition, the ideal candidate will contribute to Core Infrastructure: Help build and improve the core training and experimentation infrastructure to increase research velocity.Requirements:This position requires hands-on experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models in a professional or advanced academic setting. Strong programming skills in Python and deep expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow are essential. A strong intuition for machine learning and ability to debug and solve challenging problems in a complex model codebase are also necessary.A strong background in statistics and a rigorous, data-driven approach to experimentation are required for this role.Benefits:This company offers a flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.
