Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our paint team. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday with no weekends required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard paint finishes and ensuring every vehicle looks its best before returning to the road.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing paints to match specified colours to ensure a good colour match for customers
  • Maintaining the colour mixing room and colour swatches
  • Leading the team to achieve daily goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous automotive repair experience
  • Experience in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to follow processes and learn new innovative ideas
  • A clean work space that contributes to a positive work environment for the team and customers
