Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Gaming team as a Customer Service Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests, ensuring their experience at Panthers Penrith is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Provide bar service to the Gaming team, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Perform poker machine maintenance and drink service, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Work as a Keno Operator and Cashier, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cash handling duties, including managing cash registers and making change.
  • Resolve Gaming Floor enquiries, providing clear and concise information to customers.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • RSA and RCG qualifications, demonstrating a commitment to responsible service and gaming practices.
  • Availability to work nights shifts finishing at 6am, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • High standard of personal grooming, presenting yourself professionally at all times.
  • A history of accurate cash handling, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, although not essential.
  • Previous gaming experience, although not essential, would be highly regarded.
