Retail Store Manager

As a Full-time Store and Restaurant Manager, you will lead teams through clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • People & Leadership
    • Provide leadership and coaching to the Restaurant team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor performance of shifts run by Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure sufficient staffing levels for service to labour targets by effectively managing rostering and staff scheduling.
  • Shift Management
    • Maintain and control the production of food preparation and cooking to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Guarantee 100% product availability by accurately placing and controlling the ordering of stock, while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
