Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in all aspects of bar service including making cocktails and coffee/barista skills.
  • Familiar working in a modern and fast-paced à la carte restaurant environment.
  • Punctual and reliable with high presentation and grooming standards.
  • An eye for detail and exceptional customer service with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in working hours/shifts - available to cover lunch and/or dinner service, seven days a week.
  • Sound understanding of both written and verbal English. Italian language skills are an advantage.
