Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our social media group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage our audience on social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Social Media Manager in identifying purposeful partnerships with creators and drive engagement on our social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, including drafting influencer agreements, briefs, setting up campaign trackers and coordinating logistics of products to influencers.
  • Manage and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Meltwater etc) and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years experience working in social media.
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Strong communication, creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives value for our communities.
  • Collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

As a digital native, you approach everything app and mobile first. You have an enthusiastic and curious attitude, and a genuine love of creating engaging online experiences.
