Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Specialist to develop and implement effective strategies to promote our brand across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute content development and marketing promotion plans on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Weibo.
  • Design and write copy for new media platforms, edit images and videos, keep abreast of industry trends, and create high-quality, engaging content to enhance brand image and influence.
  • Understand and explore user needs, integrate internal and external resources, and employ effective strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by keeping an eye on changes and new features in new media platforms, learning from leading companies' new media marketing strategies.
  • Analyse user behaviour and key data, evaluate the ROI of digital operations, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other partners to strengthen brand propagation and influence.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with operation methods and scope, deep understanding of user psychology, ability to propose effective growth strategies based on competitors and industry status, and skill in creating topics and planning community events.
  • Independent thinking, self-reflection, and learning abilities, efficiency, and strong learning capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and quickly adjust strategies to meet the ever-changing market environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and motivational skills, strong ability to handle stress, emergencies, and uphold professional ethics.
  • No prior experience in the education or new media industry is required, but those with experience will be given priority.
