We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Liaison Officer to join our team at the RACGP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our GP training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in our training programs.
  • Support medical education by curating, updating, and adding to educational content, including modules, guides, and training materials.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance on medical education aspects of our program.
  • Collaborate with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
  • Good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program.
