We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to deliver high-quality services to families in the Mt Druitt area.
This role is grounded in a place-based approach and involves working across multiple community locations including St Marys, Mt Druitt, and Penrith.
Our team works together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional support and case management services to clients within a trauma-informed care framework.
- Deliver community-based support to families, primarily in the Mt Druitt area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure effective service delivery.
About You:
- You have qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum).
- You have experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence.
- You hold a current and valid Working with Children Check.
