We are seeking a dedicated and caring nanny to support a professional family in Buderim, Sunshine Coast. The family has two girls, with the care primarily focused on the youngest child (ages 1 and 4 years).
Job Description:A reliable nanny will be warm, empathetic, and nurturing, engaging in activities that stimulate learning and development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable following established routines, needs, and interests of the children.
Requirements:- Minimum 3+ years experience as a nanny or in childcare
- Current first aid certificate
- Current Blue Card
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Fit, healthy, and active
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Full driver's license and clean driving record
This is a long-term/ permanent role offering a stable and supportive environment for the right candidate. The nanny will have opportunities to enhance the learning and development of both children, while building a strong relationship with the whole family.
Responsibilities:- Care for the children
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities
- Cook/prep meals and snacks for the children and occasional evening family meal prep/cooking
- Assist with light household duties, maintaining tidiness in main areas, kitchen, and toys
