Job Title: Support Services Specialist

Role Overview

This key position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to school staff and the principal, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional administrative services, including document management, correspondence, and data entry
  • Develop and maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and other records
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials

Requirements

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and database software
  • A valid Working with Children Check is required
